Went in with a minor repair caused by driving through a high puddle. Treated as if we were VIPs. Fast and courteous and we were just “drop-ins” without an appointment. I usually frequent a dealer close to work. It is great to have this resource near home, as well. We’ll be back.

Absolutely fantastic. Called the sales person John early in the morning telling him that I was coming from two hours away. When I got there, the truck I wanted was ready and John greeted me in the parking lot. Very easy process and felt no pressure what so ever.

Christine at the service desk was super helpful and provided exceptional customer service. My car sounded like a stock racing car and the garage was able to fix it in less than a day and now its blissfully quiet. While not "cheap" - price was reasonable. They were willing to fix instead of full replacement the part needed so that definitely helped save some money.

I bought a 2013 Nissan Sentra for my daughter who is in college. Michael Lutman, the sales manager, was a part of the sale and he is amazing. He was very kind and easy to talk to. We are very happy with our purchase. Today, I came in to have the car serviced and stopped by to say hi to Mike. He took good care of us and made sure the service department did the same. Mary was our service department representative. She is also gem. This is the 3rd car we have purchased from this dealership; always a good experience!

The best car buying experience I ever had the finance manager Shawn went into complete details about each and everything. The salesman Cliff was very responsive replying to my text very quickly and they use technology where are you officially to quickly respond to your emails and text messages and make the whole thing very good experience.

With all Honesty after all the negative reviews I had viewed I did my best to try to stay away from Exton Nissan. Would have been a mistake! After purchasing over 17 cars/trucks to my disbelief this ended up being the easiest and most pleasant purchase I have ever made. I would like to Thank "Matt" very much for his assistance and also "Mike" whom kept his word and followed through on the deal I wanted and was told. Just had my 5000 mile service done at Exton Nissan. I showed 10 minutes late for the appointment. I was received professionally and the car was efficiently brought to the service shop. My 2 year old niece was with me and given a tour of the shop for a few minutes. The car was ready in about an hour allowing us time to grab breakfast down the street. This is my 4th vehicle from Exton Nissan and not my last!

Just bout a car here yesterday from Sal Capano and had a wonderful experience! Ivana responded to my request right away and connected me with Sal and everything went very smoothly from there. My Daughters transmission failed while away at college. A not fun experience when you are 2 hours away. The service team at Exton Nissan was amazing! They helped with finding a tow truck late on a Friday. And when we realized the transmission was bad they worked with Nissan to cover the cost before we even got the bad news.

Found a car on car gurus and contacted this dealership immediately. Brian Shattuck reached back to me and kept in contact with me for the two days of communication. He was awesome with texting me updates and info. When I actually go to the dealership to look at the car Brian, the sales manager(Big gentleman with glasses) sorry forgot his name, Jenn and the whole staff was very helpful and made the sale smooth!.

It is so easy to make an appointment despite of the pandemic we are experiencing now. Jim Ludwick, my advisor, explained to me in detail what was done in my car. He is very knowledgeable, and a nice person. I always take all my cars to Exton Nissan because I trust them.

I purchased a 2021 Nissan Rogue on 7/16. John McGettigan was the agent who helped us. John was very helpful showing us what they had to offer and talking to us about our options. I went in initially shopping and looking to test vehicles out, but the Rogue that John showed us was so nice, that we had to choose it.

I recently had routine maintenance done and was impressed that not only did they provide detailed reporting but also pictures to show the recommended work to be done. They have a great waiting room but also within walkable distance for various stores and restaurants if you'd prefer not to sit.

Turned in my second leased Rogue. I really was going to buy it out to reduce my monthly spend. Jessica was a big help guiding me to a new lease instead. She got the payments to a comfortable place and I ended up making the right decision. I must say she made the entire process easy, a pleasure to deal with.

Charles in the Service Dept was very personable. Explained everything that was being done for my checkup. Waiting room was Covid friendly and very clean. Took the expected 1 hour I anticipated. Charles explained what was indeed done and what should be done on the net visit. Highly recommend coming here.

Charlie was very helpful as well, informed me of all recommended items and those that were necessities and helped connect me with the sales department. Neither of my remotes/fobs were working. I called for an appointment and was able to book a convenient time slot. I was greeted, pleasantly, by Jim Ludwick in the service department who immediately arranged to have remotes checked while I waited for service in clean, safe, covid compliant waiting room.
